Amenities

KCV is more than just a place to live. We offer our residents a number of amenities. Among them are: 3 onsite laundry rooms at different locations around the campus, individual storage lockers for personal belongings, maintenance staff is on call 24/7 and a neighborhood watch program. In addition to these, there are many other amenities available to residents.

BILLIARDS AND EXERCISE ROOM

Keep yourself active and in shape year-round, with our indoor exercise room. There is also a pool table and television for recreation.

COMMUNITY DINING ROOM

Enjoy hot lunches prepared and served daily in our community dining room, or take it to go. The dining room is also available for private parties. Enjoy the free dining room WIFI!

LIBRARY AND MEDIA ROOM

Curl up with a book in the library. Use the space to assemble puzzles or play games. We also have a community TV, with DVD player and cable, free for residents.

FREE WIFI AND COMPUTER ACCESS

Complimentary WIFI access and a community computer/printer are available for personal use of individual residents.

VAN TRIPS

KCV provides regular shuttle service in our van to residents for grocery shopping and other shopping needs.

COMMUNITY EVENTS

Many events, regular and seasonal, are organized by our Activities Coordinator. We welcome, for consideration, events suggested by our residents. Regular offerings include: bingo, movie night, chair yoga, holiday and birthday parties, and holiday dinners. There are also occasional offsite events like Rockies games.
