Dear Prospective Resident:

Thank you for your interest in Kentucky Circle Village.

Kentucky Circle Village is an independent community for seniors over the age of 62. Our property is located off Kentucky Avenue nine blocks east of Colorado Boulevard and about one block from Cherry Creek Drive South. Our complex consists of twenty-seven multi-unit one-story cottages in a neighborhood setting of mature trees and a newer section of two and three-story buildings surrounding a beautiful, landscaped courtyard. Our rents are the lowest non-subsidized rents in the Denver area, and we strive to keep them as affordable as possible. Utilities and four meals a month are included in our rents; there are additional charges for a second person living in the unit, as well as for pets and parking.

Kentucky Circle Village is supported by federal, state and local government agencies. As a requirement of that support, all residents must:

  • be 62 years of age or older.

  • may not earn more than $54,780 (or $62,640 for a couple)

  • must provide documentation of all income received annually; and

  • must agree to an annual inspection of their apartment.

As an independent living community, we require that all residents be able to do for themselves the personal activities of everyday life related to their comfort, safety, health, and welfare. For further definitions of independent living, please consult our lease agreement.

Please contact us for availability. If you would like to be added to our waiting list, you must complete the pre-application and kindly return it to the office. Kentucky Circle Village is an equal housing opportunity community.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at 303-756-5218 or info@kentuckycircle.com. We look forward to welcoming you as a resident in our community.

Sincerely
